How to burn fat naturally

If you want to burn fat naturally you are on the right track. This is really the only way to go when it comes to fat burning. All of those miracle diets and supplements that boast unrealistic results are really only good for emptying your wallet.

The way to burn fat naturally is through proper diet and the correct exercise program. To maximize results the system you follow should be tailored to your body type. Fat loss takes work; if you are going to do it it is best to work smart.

Diet: Burn Fat Naturally

Follow the proper diet to efficiently burn fat naturally. The correct macronutrient profile is key. One of the best things that has worked for me is to increase protein intake. I eat so much chicken breast sometimes I fear I might start growing feathers any day now. It is also important to keep your body on edge. You can keep your metabolism going by switching up eating routines often. For some it may also help to add foods that contain thermogenic properties.

Keeping a calorie deficit is essential. A pound of fat equals 3500 calories. Reducing 3500 calories from your intake would ideally help you to lose one pound of fat a week, unfortunately it is not that simple. Your diet needs to consist of the right food eaten at the right time. You need to keep muscle loss to a minimum.

Exercise: Burn Fat Naturally

Without exercise the diet will be somewhat wasted. To burn fat naturally you need to include a fat burning workout. It is also important to keep your body guessing when it comes to exercise. Don’t let your body become accustomed to any routine. Fasting cardio was the first step for me. I recommend to anyone jump on a bike an elliptical or any other exercise machine you have access to first thing in the morning. It is my understanding that it will help your body burn from its fat stores.

A good weight training program will also help a great deal. The more lean muscle you have the more fat that you will burn. Some people fear that weight training leads to looking like a muscle head. Believe me those guys with the bulging muscles didn’t get their physiques by accident.

I am not a fat loss expert by any means; I do know what has helped me to lose over 100 pounds. These few tips I have provided are just the tip of the iceberg. I Lost 100 Pounds Mostly Fat

I know I have not updated my fat burning progress in quite some time. I’m just unreliable at times when it comes to updating these pages. I got some great news last week. I track my weight daily and average my weekly totals but I use my monthly doctor visit for my official totals.

With trepidation I stepped on the scale at the office. I looked down and there it was 251. I had finally broke 100 pounds. I have to say it feels damn good. I wish I could claim that it was 100 pounds of pure fat I know that is not the whole story. Following a good program I know I ensured that the majority of the loss was fat.

It took me about 16 months to lose 100 pounds. I was hoping for faster results. That’s just the way it is sometimes. I have decided to continue with my fat burning diet until I reach about 210 pounds and reevaluate my goals from there. I think with my frame and the right amount of lean mass that will be a great weight for me.

I just wanted to share my fat loss success with anyone that reads my little blog here. If you have any success stories you would like to share, I would love to see them in the comments section.

I’ve always been fat but no longer. I refuse to ever go back to that. Take a moment and tell yourself the same. I love the fact that I am no longer winded walking up steps. I love the fact that I have more energy than I did ten years ago. I love the fact that I am once again living.

To anyone just starting this journey it can be done. It is far from easy, but it is doable. Commit today to take the first step. When you start seeing results it will really amaze you and keep you motivated. It does not matter what diet you choose as long as the principles are sound.
