Diabetes Epidemic Will Washington Intervene and Control What we Eat

Fat Burning spot is about my weight loss journey. I share my experiences here so that others may possibly find a little motivation in my success thus far. I still have a ways to go with my fat burning diet but I have seen much success.

This latest study by the CDC is downright scary. They project that diabetes will double or even triple by 2050. That will mean that as many as 1 in 3 will have diabetes.

Take a minute and think of 10 random people you know. Right know statistically one of them probably has diabetes. With the projected increase that will be 2 or 3 of those ten people that will be diabetic. That’s pretty scary. Fat burning diets may be a great way to combat this.

According to the CDC “The prevalence is expected to rise sharply over the next 40 years due to an aging population more likely to develop type 2 diabetes, increases in minority groups that are at high risk for type 2 diabetes, and people with diabetes living longer”

As I’m sure everyone knows obesity increases the risk of diabetes. This is one of the factors that we can change. If we do not take it upon ourselves to combat this, there are a couple of dire consequences that we very well may face.

First and foremost we will sacrifice our health. The complications of diabetes quite frankly suck. These can be combated by eating healthy and increasing physical activity. Like I have been saying take action.

Secondly I fear that the government will attempt to intervene, this of course would be tragic. There is already talk in Washington of controlling what people eat. Armed with this evidence of continued increase in obesity and type 2 diabetes they may well be able to pass legislation. Screw letting other people tell you how to live your life.

In my opinion the best solution is to take control of our lives. The truth is that losing weight is not easy, but it is simple. If the proper eating techniques and exercise routines are followed you can lose weight. I feel this would be a great way to prove the numbers by the CDC wrong.

Like it or not, in all but a few cases, losing weight is a choice. Every time we decide to eat something unhealthy or skip exercise in lieu of sitting on our asses watching TV we are making a choice to stay fat. I’m pretty sure if we don’t take action now we will probably be forced to later on. You tell me which is the better option.

I personally feel that fat burning diets are the right choice when losing weight. Whether you agree or not really does not matter. The point is if you are overweight do something about it.

What Exercise Burns the Most Fat

I see people asking what exercise burns the most fat on forums and blogs all over the place. The truth is there are actually a number of exercises that help burn fat. It is important to realize that exercise alone is not the best way to burn fat quickly. You should also be utilizing fat burning diets.

There are a number of videos on the net that show what exercise burns the most fat. I found this video while doing some searching for information about fat burning diets. This dudes videos are great. I figured I would just post one here that shows a number of fat burning exercises. If you want more definitely check out his channel on YouTube. I mean look at him, he’s a beast. Obviously you don’t get in that kind of shape by accident.
