Sometimes when looking to lose weight people shy away from lifting weights. They are often worried about getting big like a bodybuilder. Bodybuilders did not get into that shape by accident. It’s not like you pump iron for a couple weeks and then next thing you know you’re ripped like Ronnie Coleman. The truth is adding lean muscle mass will help to boost metabolism thereby burning more fat.
The key to burning the most fat during exercise is proper nutrition. Is cardio or weight training better for fat loss? The answer is both.
